Wholesale Voice Services
Integral is not a typical A-Z carrier. Instead, we offer a select number of destinations where we can offer our clients cost effective differentiation.
These include direct routes, TDM’s and routes with multiple robust and/or niche back-up’s to the main route. In line with general market trends, our offerings are often based upon soft swaps or other similar arrangements with our partners.
SMS
Integral Worldwide offers wholesale SMS routes based on the needs of enterprise traffic.
As with our ‘voice’ services, the destinations are generally those that are typically difficult to execute and are offered to provide our customers with more complete portfolios and/ or distinct competitive advantages.
Managed Enterprise Services
Reflecting customer need, increasingly we can provide all or part of the services required by enterprises to deliver their telecom requirements, especially contact and customer service centres. This includes on-call technical support and back-up infrastructure services. We currently support enterprises on three continents.
Value-added Services
With the rapidly changing global market for telecoms, operators are under increasing pressure to develop and adopt new, incremental revenue streams. Integral Worldwide has a proven track-record of working with operators to build these revenue streams, especially those involving media services. We facilitate the relevant partnerships with specialist providers and manage execution end-to-end. These embrace both voice and SMS.
